Thanks for stopping by! My name is John, I go by DJ Johnnie Johnson and I am a professional DJ living in Greensboro, North Carolina. I decided to start writing a blog because I think my expertise and experience could be helpful to anyone trying to host an event.

I have never been much of a writer and this will be my first blog ever, which is really interesting because I’ve been online for so long. I guess up until now, I’ve never been the type to leave a comment or review preferring to be digitally anonymous. Over the past 20 years I have collected a wealth of information, not only by reading but mainly through experience and I hope to share that with you through this blog.

I love what I do, and it shows. People often come to me for advice, so I figure now is as good a time as any to share my DJ wisdom. I understand that I am still learning everyday, so I hope that you can grow with me and give allowance if there is something I may miss in my advice blog.
